Question 2: How the performance microcomputer promotes engine performance and fuel saving?

Answer:

(1) Due to equipped central processor unit (CPU), it figures out the power and fuel supply parameter, provides the best data to driving computer (ECU).

(2) Battery discharge capacity approximately 0.07ma (milliampere) per second, after installation only need 0.0001 second it can discharge approximately 0.07ma (milliampere) intermittent instant electric current, also may enhance each time of electricity pulse discharge.

Question 3: Why the intermittent electric current may cause the automobile performance promoting and fuel saving?

Answer:

(1) Simply to say, it just improves the defect of more electricity consumes more fuel consumption and more horsepower drop down. For example: If the air condition is stronger then the fuel consumes more, and horsepower drops more. The fuel saving principle is, most automobiles are come with electronic ignition system, and the circuits of electronic ignition system are controlled by the electronic control unit (ECU). The distribution panel, ignition coil and wire are used to cause the electronic ignition system to create a higher voltage (it can reach forty seven thousand volt) to the spark plug. After install the power boost microcomputer, the intermittent instant electric current will cause the spark function longer and more frequency, it can light the thinner mixture air and gasoline (comparatively saves the gasoline, and lower the waste gas exhaust). The spark plug frequency more low, it causes more carbon deposit (if the frequency is too low, the carbon ash will deposit in the cycle of center electrode). These carbon deposit will cause spark plug short-circuit. In case of this, the high-tension current will leak out by the carbon deposit and will not create spark in the gap of spark plug. The intermittent instant electric current may cause spark plug frequency increased, then may burn the carbon deposit and let it becomes waste gas then exhausted, it also can prevent the carbon ash to form. The power boost microcomputer may clean the deposit stuff from spark plug quickly, achieve completely gas burning.

(2) After installation, the performance microcomputer will calculate and provide the best dynamic parameter to driving computer (ECU), then change the electronic nozzle valve to inject quickly and frequently, causes gasoline atomization pellet to be thinner, achieves the gasoline saving effect.

(2) Fuel saving version: Suited for the car weight under 1.3 ton, the fuel saving effect is better, the instant add horsepower can reach 20HP, most effect at middle-end speed.

Question 6: Will instant electric current cause the voltage rise and damage the car?

Answer: No, most of the car its’ electric power system all come with fuse box and the lowest is 3A (ampere), the highest instant electric current only has 0.1ma (milliampere), so it certainly will not burn out the fuse.

Question 7: Will intermittent instant electric current burden the generator?

Answer: No, the generator all come with fuse, also the interior is installed the single-phase voltage regulator (to avoid the generator producing a higher voltage to damage the battery). This kind of single-phase voltage regulator can regulate the generator not to create high voltage, and prevent the oversized electric current. There is also installed diode connect to battery, the diode may avoid the battery current backflow to the generator. Answer: In the market, most products need to replace mechanical device in order to promote horsepower and save fuel. Their defects are explained as bellow;

Question 12 : Can the turbo engine car install performance microcomputer?

Answer: Yes, it works on the turbo engine too. Please find the graph of dyno dynamic test for Ford Falcon Xr6 Turbo 2005 model as below. The red line is before installation and the blue line is after installation in beginning (the effect will increase gradually). D) Installation :

■ Step A : Before installation, stop the engine, check up the storage of battery water, if it is less than 80%, please add the distilled water or the pure water, in order to avoid the electrolyte unbalanced. (Aftermarket battery water is not suggested)

■ Step B : Connect the red wire to battery anode, and the black wire to cathode. Fix the microcomputer on the battery side (keep away from the engine at least 30 cm, in order to get ventilation).

■ Step C : After installation, start the engine and check the green LED, if the LED is lighting then it means the microcomputer is working properly.

■ Step D : The microcomputer will detect the battery voltage automatically, if the voltage is too low, then the green LED will extinguish and the microcomputer will stop working.

CAUTION

After install the microcomputer please step the accelerator as fast as possible during the first two hours driving, in order to let the microcomputer to adjust itself.
The best effect will appear after a period of time and it depends on driver’s habit. If the driver always step accelerator softly and drive in a short distance then the effect will maybe appear later.
